Call Pal is a fully serviced telephone answering company based in Gray Office Park, in Galway City. We provide call answering to businesses nationwide and have started branching into the UK.

Call Pal’s beginnings start with Gray Office Park. Gray Office Park had been providing call answering to a small group of companies based in Galway. We saw the gap in the market to provide telephone answering to businesses nationwide. Along with our sister company Avita Communications, this idea came to life in the Summer of 2017. We provide businesses with a professional telephone answering service, and guarantee their calls won’t go unanswered.

What do you love most about Galway?

Galway is great city with plenty to offer. There is huge opportunity for business here in Galway and we really like to keep involved in local events and business associations. The food at 37 West, Caribou and Hyde (amazing gin and IPA beer between the 2 locations)!
